Selling Resale Timeline

I've seen timelines for when purchasing a resale, but haven't seen one for selling so here is ours:

11/28/09: Notified by TSS that we had a buyer at asking price

11/28/09: Received email with all documents to sign

11/30/09: sent to Disney for ROFR

12/24/09: notified by *** that ROFR was waived by Disney

1/4/10: Closing documents received by ***

1/14/10: Contract officially closed

1/19/10: final paperwork and check received in mail from ***

1/20/10: contracts gone from online dvcmember account

Total 54 days from us accepting the offer to points being gone from out account.

My resale took 31 days, and that included the Thanksgiving Holiday.
