Selling DVC Contract - OKW Extended

When selling an OKW contract with the extension, is there a specific dollar value per point that can be added to the selling price?

It doesn't really look like it. I see OKW with both expirations all over the place for pricing.

The longer OKW contracts haven't historically commanded much of a premium over the 2042 contracts. The ROFR threads do keep track of the sales separately, but it doesn't look like we have very much recent OKW data.
