Selling 1/3 of our points- got an offer!

Just wanted to post this somewhere because nobody understands, lol.

We have 2 contracts, and after much discussion we have decided to sell the smaller of the contracts.

We have begun traveling to different destinations besides Disney and it seems silly to have over 300 points for just the two of us.

It’s bittersweet because the contracts were purchased when my Mom was still alive. We will still have 200 points, so plenty to still enjoy but it’s still been emotional.

Anyway, send good vibes that our contract will sell quickly and for a good price!

ETA: We went through DVC resale market and our SSR contract had an offer that we accepted two days after it was listed. They have been great to work with so far!

No harm in selling a contract you don't plan on using much, now another family can enjoy it.

Good thoughts on getting the points sold quickly. I am sure your mom would be happy to know you are using the 200 points you have left to enjoy Disney and the money from the sale for something that makes you two happy.
