despite being an animal lover I had no wish to buy at AKV. It will be a big resort - so other than value (don't know about concierge). it is not on my list.
of course with tvwalsh I would be selling my 190 points at OKW if CRV ever comes into being.
but I will kept my 50 points at OKW. will also kept my VWL and BWV - they are definitely easy to rent.
but say after seeing the DVD that DVC send me -
WOW!
it will definitely be the best DVC to date. that say I can't afford it now. not selling until and when CRV is announced.
now if I could just win a lottery......
