Segways

My son just sent me an article about the Segways on the Disney ships. Does anyone know what the fee is for trying one and how long each guest is allowed to ride? I assume this is done on sea days, but when?

HI Karen!!!

I think Barb and Tony have the info on their website about the segways.

We saw them when we were on the 8/3 Magic and they had them up on Deck 10 and in the Atrium at different times during the cruise.

I think the charge was about $15-20 for about 15-20 minutes.

They looked pretty cool.

They also had them on CC by the ship in a kind of corral area. Hope this helps.

I did it on the 8/25 Wonder cruise. There are several opportunities to use them. It was $15 for 10 minutes. I did it on Nassau day in the early afternoon. Usually the have them on the sports deck but it was (or had just stopped) raining and was too wet to they had them in the atrium. There really was no wait to try them and I probably could have stayed on longer.

They had them out on Freeport day and Castaway Cay. On CC they have a "pen" on the dock they you can try them out on. I was glad I got to use them in the atrium - it was run zooming around the lifts, stairs and hallways.
