Segway, BCV, and 7:45 am?

Hey folks,
So, I'm going down for the final weekend of Food and Wine (yahoo!), and I booked a 7:45 Segway tour on Saturday. I'm staying at the Beach Club Villas, and I was wondering if anyone knew for sure whether I could get through the International Gateway at that time (I've been searching, but getting conflicting answers).
Also, I've been told where I was supposed to go to meet up for the tour, but now, of course, I can't remember.
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Just did the 7:45 tour last week. What a blast! We witnessed a couple who were very late because they were given incorrect info on entering through WS. You cannot enter WS for the 1st tour, many CM's are giving out the wrong info. Hope this helps!

You are going to love it! We had to be at the Epcot gates at 7:30 (they ask that you arrive 15 minutes early... I was a Segway Zombie- yawn). A cast member escorted us to customer relations inside the park (there is one outside as well). If you are facing into the park customer relations is to the left of Spaceship Earth. There were at least a dozen cast members getting ready to open the park. You shouldn't have any problem locating someone to let you in. Just let them know what you are there for. Have a great time!

We are staying at the Beach Club in December and have booked a 9am Segway Tour. So we need to be at the customer services at 8:45. Will they let us in thru the International Gateway at 8:30 or do we have to figure out how to get to the front of Epcot? We aren't renting a car this time. TIA

I was staying at BWV when I did the Undiscovered Future World Tour last year. I took a cab to the front of Epcot. It was about $6, and very much worth it.

Did this last March - staying at BC - read the same conflicting info and my buddy and I took a cab to the front of Epcot just to make sure.

We did the 8:30 a.m. Segway tour on 10/26 and had to be at guest relations in the front of Epcot at 8:15. We were staying at BCV. At 8:00 a.m. we were at the International Gateway and they checked to make sure our names were on the list and they let us right in.

Thanks so much! I was wondering about that too. But I'll bet that to get from the IG at 8:00 to the front of Epcot at 8:15, you had to walk fairly briskly. Just wondering, is 8:00 the earliest they'll let you in to IG, even with reservations for the tour?
