Seeking to rent 100 - 120 points @ $10

HI; We would like to rent 100- 120 points before Friday February 27. We know this is kind of short notice but we are at home all day and can expedite this transaction.<P>
Our home resort is OKW and these points have to be used before August 31, 2004. As we are within the 7 month booking requirement these points are valid for any Disney resort. .<P>
We will be happy to conference call the reservation to make sure the renter has peace of mind. We prefer paypal for immediate reservsation confirmation (based on availability) and will work with you on other mutually satisfactory payment.<P>
We have been DVC members since 1992 and had been active in the disney boards on Prodigy and Genie. We also maintain an ebay account with over 150 excellent feedback comments as both buyers and sellers. You are welcome to check me out under my user name bobr48. Hello; I am new at this also, my family (two little girls ages 2 and 6) and my husband and me are planning on a trip to WDW on APril 24th leaving May 1, we want to stay in one of these home away from homes but find them to expensive to book directly with disney, however I may be interested in buying some points from you. Can you fill me in on what villa is the best (BCV, OKW, ect.....) I believe I need 102 points for the studio villa at the OKW.

How would you do this, (again I am very new to this) do I pay a deposit up front and than the rest before the trip???????

Sorry if I am sounding ignorant regaring this again everything new to me.

Anyways let me know if you still have the points available and which villa you would say is the best???????
