Seeking Mickey/Minnie Design

In years past, someone designed a Mickey Mouse head that was black with red at the bottom and white circle buttons, and a coordinating Minnie one with red and white polka dots and bow. I cannot find this design anywhere! Does this ring a bell with anyone? If so, I am looking for the following:

Mickey:

2.) Jason
3.) Grampy

Minnie:
1.) Amelia
2.) Caitlin
3.) Kerry
4.) Grammy
