Seeing snack changes

While we all sit here for hours, waiting for an official announcement of the DDP Changes (over a month later) it seems as though we are beginning to see small changes in the park; I heard from someone in the parks that Lobster Mac& Cheese as well as a Pasta with marinara sauce are being offered at beastly kiosk in AK, AND considered a snack credit! Something that I do not think would have been previously included as a snack credit! Maybe these changes are slowly taking place (finally!)

They reviewed these over at disneyfoodblog.com. The portions are definitely small, snack size, but they said they are very rich and creamy, so the small size is a good thing. Here's a link:

Those sound awesome and would be just the thing you would need to get you through if you were just a little hungry, but not want a full entree.

I do notice on the menu that you have posted that the pretzel is a snack and the cheese dip is listed as a snack, I was under the impression that those would now be combined, bummer.

I've seen a couple other recent menu pictures that do have the pretzel and cheese sauce for a snack credit. Don't know if it's going to vary by location or if they just haven't worked everything out yet.
