Seeing Mickey at a Character Breakfast

Does anyone know which character breakfast locales have Mickey Mouse...it seems as if it is only Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary (at bkfst and dinner) or Tusker House at Animal Kingdom. Are these the only ones? Thanks!

He's at Ohana with Lilo, Stitch an Pluto as well.

He used to be at Garden Grill in Epcot too. He is also at Cape May Cafe.

Actually Garden Grill only serves dinner now, and when we were at Cape May Cafe in the fall it had Donald, Goofy, and Minnie.

Our favorite character breakfast with Mickey is 'Ohana - we love him in his hawaiian shirt .

He actually does not appear at Cape May. It's just Minnie, Goofy and Donald.
