Seeing Blue Dress Belle in Epcot

I absolutely love Belle, especially "Blue Dress" Belle and learned recently on these boards that I can see her in Epcot in the France Pavilion. I've never been one to hunt down a particular character - any tips on when she is usually around? I haven't bothered to pick up a map or Times Guide in ages - do they print the character times for each day there? We will be going on a Thursday afternoon/evening and Friday afternoon/evening in mid-September, during F&W. Thanks!

She starts posing just after 11 am right by the water in France. I have found it is best to be waiting for the rope drop at world showcase and head straight there. The later you go the longer the line. I have seen people in line for the last meet time be told they may not get a chance to meet her.

The times are posted in the guide. Get to the time slot you want about 20 minutes early. That way you'll have more shade. Grab a some of the ice cream from the little shop at the back of the France pavilion and enjoy your treat while you wait. She is the absolute best.
