"See" my new Disney room-I love it!

We just bought a new house and DH let me decorate one room entirely Disney. I'm so sorry I don't have a digital camera, but I'm so excited-please let me describe it. I put a "Mickey film strip"border at chair rail height ($ poses of Mickey w/white backround). Below the border I painted "Mickey's pants"red, above is "Mickey's gloves" white, with lots of attraction posters and Disney pictures on the walls. Curtains from the Disney store are "Mickey body parts". Daybed (yes, we had to be "practical" and allow for guests) has a plain black comforter accented with 2 "Mickey body parts" pillows. My computer desk is covered with framed photos taken over the years of family members at WDW with various characters. I have a Mickey pencil holder and different Mickey desk set items. The top of my bookcase (which is pretty much filled with Disney guide books) showcases diecast attraction vehicles. And all this is in addition to my 2 curio cabinets, which DH deemed nice enough to be in the formal living room, which are filled with Disney collectibles. Too much? I don't think so! I love it!

OMG, Simba's Mom...

Your walls sound EXACTLY like the room I made for Michael when he was THREE!!

I had the exact film border as a chair rail, and a BRIGHT pure red below. Above I had a white polka dotted wallpaper with Mickey Mouse stickers placed in fun positions all over! It was so much fun and all of his friends just loved being in that room!
