Why am I getting this message now on the DIS? Started right after Christmas.

We tested this page and blocked content coming from potentially dangerous or risky sites. Allow this content only if you're sure it comes from safe sites.

FWIW, I’ve only had issues on mobile (iPhone) not PC.

I’ve been getting redirected to random scam pages like this too. What is going on?

It appears DIS is infected with some kind of malware. It appears the webmaster is unable, or unwilling to correct the situation.

I get the bogus security warning without pressing any keys. Leave my phone. Come back and I'm on the bogus screen

The DIS is not infected and your phone or computer is not infected. I’ve already contacted Google. Occasionally, a rogue ad gets past their detection. They usually find and block it within 48 hours. That's if I don't find and block it first.

Should mention this is on a PC using Chrome.

I'm on my PC, using Chrome and I've had no rogue popups.

This is going on nonstop when I’m kn the DIS but no other site - extremely frustrating is there anything that can be done about this ??? it literally pops up about every five seconds
The DIS will also refresh all on its own and you loose what you were typing - then you have to refresh again to get it back - again frustrating

First, try switching your template to the "Wide" at the bottom left of the boards. Second, is it happening on a specific board or all?

Yes this one has been happening to me for a while now, but when I refresh everything I typed is gone, another level of frustrating!!

I have to refresh twice - it usually brings back most of what I’ve typed I hope this helps you

I did have it happen again about 15-20min ago while on the controversial board re-direct to a scam page.

Same, I’ve been getting this warning, only on my Iphone, not my iPad. And only on Disboards. Haven’t noticed if it’s on a specific forum.

Using the DIS on my iPhone has been nearly impossible. Glad it's not just me, I thought my phone was infected. Today, I had about 10 solid minutes of it behaving normally, but now it's all back to jumping around--pretty much unusable but perfectly fine on my laptop.
