Secure messaging for annual dues with gift cards

I have $500 Disney gift cards I will be using for annual dues for our 3 memberships. I do not have access to a fax machine. Since each membership will require at the most 3 gift cards, can I just send the info through the messaging system? I see there is an option to have the message sent to Member Accounting.

I would send a message using that method to ask your question. They're the only ones who know for sure.

It would probably be quicker to call Member Accounting and ask if it's acceptable. The contact us option sends an email which could take several days to get a reply.

They do get shirty when you try to pay $1000+ with the $25 and $50 ones over the phone but with $500 cards you might be able to get away with just calling accounting and having them applied over the phone.

Worst case you make a couple of calls and pay off one account a day.

There are free online fax services that will send your document at no cost. I used one to send in my word document with my gift card numbers. Disney verified receipt of my fax and said the gift cards will be applied by end of business day today. I do not have access to a fax machine either. This website was easy to use.

I just can't bring myself to trust a free online fax service with my member number and ~$1,500 in gift cards.

I did read many reviews and did some research prior to using the service. I will say I sent in $1300 worth of gift cards and all $1300 worth has already been applied to my account.
