Secrets to Getting a Balcony at PBH

I am booked in a standard room, bay view. Do some rooms in that category have balconies and, if so, what is the secret to getting one of the few rooms with a balcony? I know that begging is an option, but are there any other strategies?

Less than 10% of the PBH rooms have balconies and the standard bay view balconies are very small. We had one that you couldn't even open the door. We have had a villa suite with 3 balconies that had tables and chairs. I don't know the secret unless staying there several times is a secret.
