Secret Santa on a budget! Help!

Our office is doing a 10 days of Christmas Secret Santa thing where we have a $20 limit, and we have to get something for our person for the last 10 days before the office closes for the holidays. We can split it up any way we want. My recipient is a lady in her late 30s or maybe early 40s who loves coffee, bath and body works, and the color black (dislikes anything pink or girly). And that's all I know about her, as I'm new to the office. I would like to do it as nicely as possible while staying in my budget. Oh and I work in a pediatric clinic if that helps.

I tend to do a gift every other day if it's a long Secret Santa period. You could get some of the travel sized Bath and Body stuff. Perhaps the small hand santizers or lotions? You could also get some small things from Starbucks, like chocolate covered espresso beans. A few years ago, my Secret Santa brought me a hot cup of coffee and a cookie and left it in my classroom before I got to work. That was a nice surprise! You can also find small inexpensive gifts like socks, cookies cutters, cute notepads, etc.

check out the stocking stuffers at target...I saw small things of coffee I think for $1...

$20 isnt too much if you are doing it for 10 days...you could do some baked goods...

Coffee fan? Get those Starbucks VIA packets and put one in her gift each day (or K cups if she has a Keurig).

I usually download the free Christmas music from Amazon's 25 days of Christms and make my Secret Santa a Christmas CD for one day.

WOW 10 days and only $2- thats tough... But I bet you can get a cute coffee Mug on the 1st day... then different coffees (the small single serving bags in $1 bins everywhere) it would all kinda go together... maybe do every other day then do a Starbucks Giftcard on the last day for $10

Does she have any kids? Maybe a frame for her work area. I also love love love all types of office supplies, so colored paper clips or the post it notes with lines. Trial size rich hand cream (I bet she washes her hands a lot!). Also at Target the elf cosmetics are mostly just $1 apiece.

I tied 3 different packets of cocoa together with a ribbon, 3 chocolate mint patties, I baked her fresh bread, socks( onsale for 1.00) , postits, cool xmas pen or pencil, little flashlight, an orange, mini candle. etc.. Check the end caps in the hardware stores and drugstores. Often great things. Especially Wallgreens and Home Depot. THink out of the box.

Thanks for all the replies! This is what I ended up getting:
Starbucks Via-7 packets (I mixed vanilla and caramel flavors)
Coffee mug (adorable vintage mickey-$4.99 at Target! Love!)
Handibac lotion from BBW (we have plenty of sanitizer in the clinic but no hand lotions-so I opted for this over the 5 for 5 sanitizer deal)
2012 calendar with funny comics from the dollar spot-great deal and calendar does not look cheap (heard from a coworker that she has a great sense of humor)
3 small packs of Kahlua coffee-different flavors, also from the dollar spot

Apart from the handibac lotion, everything was from Target. How I love that store! Stayed right on my $20 budget!
Now to package everything and divide it up! This is fun!
