Just noticed your rather precise count down to Florida, Steve!!!!! How exciting!!! Of course we'll expect a trippie!!

I do miss those old countdowns that actually counted down, this was the nearest I could find. Unfortunately it doesn't let you enter the time, only the date, so it's not as accurate as I'd like (that's the trouble with being a pedant!). You really need to add about three and a half hours on to it to be 'true'...

One problem with a trip report; I really should finish my one from 2003 before I start a new one! I think I got about to Day 10, then my PC crashed and took a week or so to repair , but I never got round to posting any more (any excuse, I know)!

OK - I'm about to start sending PMs out to people to tell them who to send their secret santa presents to. Rhiannon and I had a great time doing it (we don't get out much!!! ) We put all the names in a big bowl and then put another set of all the names in another big bowl and did it like the FA Cup draw (but the BBC refused to televise it - can't think why!!!!!). Rhiannon took a name out of the first bowl and solemnly read it out and then a name from the other bowl - so you all have a secret santa now but it won't be the person who you are sending your gift to. Rhiannon is going to contact the person who she drew out to be my secret santa. How exciting!!!!!
Please let me know if you haven't received yours by tomorrow night.
