Ok....drumroll please....

2 Hours ago, Eastern Time, I QUIT MY JOB!!! Gave 2 weeks' notice, the party's this Thursday night at Blackeyed Sally's in downtown Hartford. Drop by and offer to buy my boss a shot of Petrone, he's gonna need it. LOL

(I'm pretty sure I spelled petrone wrong, but it's tequila)

My job has been driving me batty for years, but I was making such good money and getting awesome perks....so I tolerated it.

I finally had enough. This just ain't my gig, and I couldn't do it anymore.

I am now completely unemployed, and HAPPY about it. For now, anyway - ask me again in 3 months, when I've eaten mac & cheese for 90 days...

So the winner is: Jamsmom!!!! Who, by the way, was notified via PM within moments of her winning post. But she's such a good sport, she kept on going!

Thank you all for your fun and exciting guesses! I may just have to go back and "borrow" a few of those ideas.
