This is an addicting show. My husband wasn't too interested in it, then he watched some of the first episode with me and was hooked. He then went and watched the second. I wasn't even planning on watching last weeks episode, but tivoing it instead. Then DH turned it on becuase he wanted to know what was happening...shhhh.

The acting isn't the greatest, but hopefully that will improve. Amy needs to say somehting, and it sounds like tonights episode migt address it, as well as her fathers affair (or whatever's going on). I am a bit disappointd with Molly Ringwold's acting. IMO she acted better back in the 80s, them having her play an uncool mom just isn't working for me.

I just have to wait a few more hours for it to be on....in the meantime I think I'll check out wikipedia for the episode summary that a pp mentioned.

I agree. I think that's expected though since it's everyone's first big break. I think the guy who plays Ben is a pretty good actor though. Amy is annoying. She needs to tell her parents. I agree about Molly Ringwald.

Amy's just okay... but I find these shows, the actors are never good in the beginning.
The OC was pretty bad throughout the entire first season.
