I just finished a great trip report and it did not post ,it is lost in cyberspace so here is my shorten version. DW, DH and DD (7) Free dining 7 of the 10 days
Aug. 18 travel day. ME at 10 pm was great. In bed at POP by midnight and luggage by 12:15.
Aug. 19 MK EMH we are at the rope. We do SM, Buzz, POOH, PP, HM, BTM, JC, TIKKI, PC, Small world, Philharmagic by 1 then back to POOL for 1 hour like every day. We found a break worked for us, the buses were great. Epcot after supper at POP to see crush before he closed it was good but i guess i was expecting more. We did MS then home to bed.
Aug. 20 AK EMH at the rope and walked with the truck to Safari the the Pangi trail and ITTBAB in the first hour. Then Lion KIng first show. Rapids twice one FP i ould not wait for this ride again FP or no go. It is too short for the wait. Then The Tiger Trail, PW which is hard on adults, it is jerkie and the only ride in 9 days that i would never get on again. Lastly Dino and then to pool. We did eat at flametree and it was good. The only thing i wanted to do and didn't was Tarzan no one else wanted to so oh well. We did not go back to this park we felty we had done it. MGM this evening. We ate at HV with the fantasmic package. Before supper we did TT twice RR, Mermaid and the parade. After supper ST then shopped before the show. We felt the package was woth it. It rained this day and the crowds were low. Fantasmic was almost cancelled but went on schedule. It was the best nighttime show we saw.
Aug. 21 Epcot EMH at the rope we were walked to soarin. DH favorite ride. TT twice MS again but i got sick this time due to no breakfast i think. LWTL. Figment, Honey I shrunk. Just a word of caution here. When the mice touched our feet DD and I freaked out. This was the only ride/show that DD cried on. We did all the trills etc. This is just too real, keep your feet up is all i can say and wish i knew ahead of time. WS opened as DD calmed down we did Mexico rode and ate at the take out food was good and huge. Did Norway rode MAL then on to China where we started to fade so on the boat and back to the pool by 2. Off to concouse for supper. It was fabulous the to MK did BT, Tea cups, Splash 2 times since it was down last time. Wishes then to bed.
Aug. 22 MGM at rope did RR 2 times, TT, GMR, BLT, Honey i shrunk the playground, then FP LMA it was hot there but good. Dh loved it. Ate at Studios it was fine but needed more normal foods. POOL then Epcot for Alfredo's for supper. FP for soarin were gone by5 so no go.
Aug.23 MGM EMH at the rope. RR twice, TT, Indie show, Power Rangers again. POOL then back to MGM for Beauty, Mama's for supper it was good not great. Did sounds dangerous, it was lame, no one liked it. Off to bed.
Aug. 24 Dh decide we should sleep in . Did not get to the park till 1. It was crazy and hot. We got nothing done and the parade was cancelled due to weather. SM was broken so we did not even get to use our FP. Epcot for Supper at Le Cellier. I am Canadian so may be biased but this was our best meal. Cheddar soup to die for. We then rode SSE, Soarin FP the last ones of the day. Then Illuminations then bed.
Aug. 25 MK at rope. Did BT 2 times then CRT breakfast then to Airel's. Then Splash, BT, SM, CP, Parade, and Indy Cars. Ate supper at POP. Early evening.
Aug. 26. EMH MK at the rope. In total we did SM 3 times, Buzz 3 times, Toon Town, Barnstormer 2 times, Cosmic rays for lunch the chicken and ribs are huge. Stitch, Carousel, SW, Indy racers 2 times at the rope becuse the line is crazy after 10. TTA, Splash, BTM, Cinderellabration and Spectro parade. We did POOL in the middle and Chef Mickey's.
Aug. 27 last day DD picks MGM at the rope. RR three times, TT twice, Millioaire, Muppets, Lunch. POOL then MK castle for supper. The slipper is as good as it looks. SM then goodbye. DD cried but this just means she has a fab vacation.
We will go again and pay for the dining this time, it was well worth it. The crowds were great this time of year.
