Second thoughts about the Hojo

They do still have these. They are in the rooms on the top floors of their two story buildings. I believe its building #s 3,4,5 and 6.

I believe they are also on the 7th (top) floor of building 1.

Hojo has the most comfortable beds of any hotel I've ever stayed at. So if that's important, stay there you won't regret it.

This ^^^^ I literally lifted the bottom sheet to see what kind of mattress it was bc I was going to be buying one soon. It was THAT comfortable.

I honestly can't believe anyone would say the HoJo beds aren't comfortable. If they don't like them, they must be the most spoiled human beings in America. They have great beds, really comfy, and a whole array of pillows to choose from. I've been there on 3 different week long trips and the beds have always been fantastic. Are the rooms worn? Maybe here and there, but nothing horrible like the Desert Inn or Park Place Inn. We had an issue with hot water on our last visit, and that was strange. But I've found water issues to be hit and miss. You just never know when you're the unlucky one.

Customer service is always great, the water park is always fun for my little ones, and it's not that far of walk to the parks (which means no bus trips). Don't have second thoughts about this place.

We have stayed at the HoJo for our last several trips. On one of those trips, we encountered a very unfortunate situation. I cannot go into detail, but will tell you that the manner in which HoJo handled the whole thing was far and above what anyone would expect a hotel to do. Their customer service cannot be beat. For that reason alone, we stay at the HoJo.

We stayed there last year and thought it was just fine. I have a hard time sleeping in hotels generally, but I didn't find the beds to be uncomfortable and slept fine.

We just stayed there in April and it was fine. Beds were comfy and kids loved the water play. It's not luxurious, but I'd stay there again.

This. We stayed there the end of last August and it was a good stay!

Thanks for the feedback. I trust the DIS more than I trust Trip Advisor. We have a premium room booked right now so I think we'll stick with that. My dream is to stay at the Disneyland Hotel but it's almost three times as much money.
