Second solo trip since march

I'm super excited! June 24-July 3, I have vacation time. Will there be anything new open? I am very excited about Soarin!

I'm still not sure if I'm flying (from Pittsburgh, PA), driving, flying then renting a car, or flying and staying on site. In March I was there for 5 nights, this trip I want to be 7-9 nights. I would love to have access to a car while I'm there this trip. Unfortunately being under 25, it is so much more expensive for me.


What do you do on off park days as a solo traveler?

On my off park days, I have gone to a waterpark. I have also spent time at various resorts, AKL, Grand Floridian, WL. Then of course there is Disney Springs. New restaurants have opened since I was there last. I spent some time on a rainy day at the bar of Raglan Road.

We have driven a couple of times from Pittsburgh when we took our camper, but it is a long trip! I would skip the car if you fly and use a taxi or Uber when necessary. Someone just posted on the transportation how expensive rental cars are for July (like $400) and that's before the under age 25 charges.

Frozen ever after ride will be open! Animal Kingdom at night time with the Jungle Book show, new section of Disney Springs, new Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire show at MK...Im sure there are a couple more things that I cant think of right now. I was just there for a solo trip in May and will be going back end of August (but taking my 14 year old cousin as an early bday present since she's never been and will be on break from school). Theres so much to do when not exploring the parks. Definitely check out Disney Springs as its been ever changing lately. Also spend some time at the pool or checkout some different resorts. Have fun!
