Sebastian's Bistro Reservations

I have been having a difficult time securing a reservation for Sebastian's Bistro on our arrival night (or any other evening during our trip). We arrive on Thursday, September 16th. Does anyone know if they are accepting walk ins at this time or is it a MUST have reservation situation?

In the MDE app, they show a Join Walk-Up List option for Sebastian's. Whether you'll have luck with that, I don't have experience to know.

You can also try a third-party reservation finder, like Touring Plans or Mouse Dining, to monitor for openings during your visit.

Also, they aren't open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Have you looked at the new menu?
The old menu looked really good and we were interested in going before they closed with the parks. The new prixe fixe menu doesn't really interest me much.

The food is SO GOOD and such a great value! I think that + fantastic recent reviews + small restaurant = hard to snag.

I had a hard time snagging it recently, too, and got it 2 days out. Set up a reservation finder and just periodically, especially a couple days out. I've seen it pop up day-of as well!
