seaworld vs. dc

SW is a park where you walk around & look at attractions & shows. DC is a resort where you spend the day in your bathing suit going from one water attraction to another, more like a water park, but instead of water slides & wave pools you snorkel with fish, hand feed the birds & swim with a dolphin (if you pay the extra $ to do so).

Instead of going to a traditional "water park" we chose DC for the animal interaction & I liked the fact attendance was limited so it wasn't so crowed like other attractions in Orlando in August. :cool1:

Attendance is limited to 1000 per day. Visit their web site, it's really quite informative. We chose DC because our stay was in August & I had read that the crowds at the traditional water parks were just as bad as the major theme parks.
DC will provide you with all the equipment you will need to snorkel & lounge all day including wet suits. Lunch was fab too.
With your purchase of DC tickets (with or without dolphin swim) you will get your choice of seven day tickets to either SW or BG. We choose SW and visited on our arrival & departure days. The ticket of your choice can be used before & after your DC day.

DC was by far the best park we visited during our trip to Orlando. :thumbsup2
