I have just booked the polar expedition as I love penguins, and i'll get the chance to touch one!!!!
anyone else done this tour??

yes we did it 3 years ago and loved it. Have a look on the SW threads, if you do a search you will find lots of info

We did this about 5 years ago. It was very informative but you don't get long with the Penguins. From what i remember it was two fingers and a quick stroke down the penguins back and on to the next.

That sounds fab jeanette.I adore penguins but my DH thinks they are stinkers:
How much did it cost to do this?.We are toying whether to do discovery cove for Charlottes 5th birthday but this sounds nic

When we did it (Jan 2005) I think it was $10 per person. We went on the tour to see the Polar Bears, but seeing the penguins up close was ace. They are funny little things. We also got to see a number of very nosey seals and sealions on our tour too.

It cost $57 inc tax altogether for 3! Great price
