We currently have a Residence Inn reservation, and I like some others have noticed that lack of great reviews as of late. Honestly, I was on the fence already about staying at a "pet friendly" hotel, and these have just made me rethink things. We are staying only one night as we are checking into a condo for the rest of the trip. So realistically we will be checking in for one full day, sleeping, and then checking out early morning to get to the park. Anyone have any thoughts? We will have a car so the shuttle or distance to the park is not such a big deal. But, free parking is :) Also, I know that RI does offer a free breakfast, and while it would be nice to have the same with another hotel- again not a deal breaker. Thanks!!!

Haven't stayed at Springhill Suites, but we love the Hilton Garden Inn and have stayed there twice for two mini three night stays -- You can walk to SeaWorld (they have shuttles too), staff is so helpful and friendly, you can get a room with a SeaWorld view which DS loved, they have a cute little pool and hot tub, they have free parking, I thought the food offerings at their little restaurant for dinner or room service were yummy and reasonable.

I've seen great reviews about Springhill Suites too, but haven't tried the SeaWorld property.

We've stayed at the Seaworld Springhill Suites. We really liked it. In fact, my daughter always says the bed at that hotel was the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in!
It is very close to Seaworld and Aquatica. They also have free continental breakfast. :thumbsup2
