Seaworld / Busch Gardens Touring Plan/Tips

Does anyone have a Seaworld and/or Busch Gardens one day touring plan that they would be willing to share? I can't find a good one day plan for either of them. We have never been to either park, so a plan would be very helpful....especially in July.

KaTonga beautiful show
free beer (reason in itself)

SW
Kraken great coaster
Whale and Dolphin show breath taking
pets ahoy (my kids have seen this show countless times and loved it more each time)
again free beer
