Seaworld AP e-ticket

Hi,

I live in the uk and have worked out that our cheapest way of going to discovery cove in August is with an annual pass.

I have been to the website and it allows me to purchase the annual pass and the discovery cove passes but haven't been to the checkout bit yet

It asks if I want an e-ticket or $20 for posting. Does anyone know if the e-ticket will be enough or if I will need the actual pass with me to get into discovery cove.

Also I read somewhere that you have to activate annual passes so would I need to go into seaworld to do that before we could go to discovery cove.

We have a packed trip this time so won't be doing seaworld at all so trying to make this as easy ... and as cheap as possible

HI there,
If you pay the $20 to have it sent to you, it is activated the day it is sent, so it is good for a year from the day it is sent to you. If you just use the eticket you will have to go to Seaworld and activate before going to Discovery Cove. I did the exact same thing. I ordered it a month before we were heading to Florida, had it here in 4 - 5 days. So it was activated, only because I bought a Busch Gardens one being that we were going to that park this time. I didn't want to have to drive to Tampa to get it activated because we were doing Discovery Cove first! Hope that helps!

Thanks so much, that's exactly what I needed to know - $20 postage is much easier than having to activate in seaworld
