I noticed that Alaska matched their PDx to LA price too...I got Alaska to send me 5 $20 credit via email because my price went down.

If you call JetBlue they will give you a refund of the difference in airfare in the form of a travel voucher that you have a year to use.

Alaska has SEA-LGB for $59 each way on Monday through Thursday (and a few Saturdays) till the end of March.

I know--I booked a flight from Seattle to SNA and I am paying about $200 for it....usually getting in early is a good thing, but maybe not this time...
