seatbelt problems on sienna?

Does anyone have a sienna minivan and the rightside or middle rear seat belt is not working? I found out that a recall was made on the late model vans for this problem but some earlier vans have the problem to. If you are having this problem and the seatbelt will not retract, file a complaint with the NHTSA. You should never have to worry about a seat belt not working.

We have a 2004 Sienna and have not had problems with the seat beat. We will look into it though. Thanks for the info.
