seat selection on skyservice?

we booked our flights to orlando from toronto via itravel2000 and they are skyservice but we cant figure out how to select seats, it says transat holidays but when we called them they said they wouldnt do it?!?

I haven't use Skyservice in a while........but,I don't think you can book your seat in advance with them.
