Seat restraints- which rides dont have 'em?

What are the seats like, and what kind of restraint system. Belt, bar, etc.

Star Tours
Big Thunder Mountain

These are the three were thinking of trying this time. We have young-chicken children who have a mom who gets ill easy. (yea, I know...never invite us to a party!)
