Seasonal menu items

Anyone know how long they tend to keep the seasonal items on menus at restaurants? We aren't going until February and I'm wondering when the menus might be more accurate for our trip. I'm assuming all of the current "seasonal" things will be gone but I'm wondering if/when new ones may be added. I like to get an idea of what places have foods my son might enjoy.

The Christmas stuff will disappear after Sunday and the next seasonal thing will be Lunar New Year in DCA so those should appear on January 20 and be there until February 15th so depending on when you are going those might apply. They are also starting the 100th anniversary of the Disney Company on January 27th and I would assume some special foods will appear for that too but they have not announced those yet. They have already announced most of the special foods for Lunar New Year I think but they just wont show on the menu until January 20.

I was gonna say Jan 9. They always debut new menus at transition times.
