seasonal crowd fluctuations

Does US/IoA experience the same seasonal crowd fluctuations that are found at WDW? We just came back from a magical week at the World that did not include US/IoA. We're considering a 4 day trip to visit those two parks, but not sure when to go.

Go in early September!! We've been there twice during the second week in September (around 9/11), and the place was almost like our own private themeparks and resorts.
