Been to wdw a few times in june zero issues but this trip is kicking my butt! My eye and left side are swollen and just a nightmare. Been popping the allergy meds and anything I can get my hands on.

Any Floridians have a secret? I dont even know what tree or bush is causing it. Currently staying at FQ.

Maybe the lack of rain is making it worse than past years?

Sounds like a combo of allergies and sinus congestion.
I'd suggest Benadryl at night and Advil cold and sinus during the day. (Its one that's behind the counter at the pharmacy and you have to show ID but it really does work compared to the stuff you can get off the shelve and actually the FDA basically admitted those don't do much a few months ago)

I’m at PO too! I have no tips, but definitely noticed all the pollen on the waterways on the shuttle to the resort.

If you can get your hands on a neti pot, I would recommend adding that to whatever else you are doing. That will help flush out some of the crap that is hanging out in your nose and sinuses.

I recently stumbled upon something that has mostly wiped out my seasonal allergies. I started taking Turmeric to help with inflammation. Within a day or two of starting this, my seasonal allergy symptoms all but stopped. Apparently in Traditional Chinese Medicine they use Turmeric as one of the treatments for seasonal allergies. This may not work for everyone, but I was pleasantly surprised at the affect it had on me.

Who's to say what's going to work on any individual, based on what worked on someone else? I've suffered from seasonal allergies that wipe me out once or twice a year, for God knows what reason. It's unpredictable and I've tried so many different things that I've now given up and suffer through whatever happens until it passes. That usually lasts a week or two.

I ended up getting allergy drops and sinex nose spray ontop of everything else. The swelling in my eye went down which was the main focus. Im home back in CT with all my other pollen friends lol.

I hope if anything this will be a thread so people dont feel alone in suffering hah.

Get out those COVID masks and wear them when you are out in pollen filled areas.
