I think I might have this. I have noticed it the past 2 winters. Besides sitting outside or a trip to WDW there's probably not a lot you can do. Anyone else feel like this? (And I don't think it's because of the snowfall amounts.)
 
If you're talking about cabin fever or the winter blues, yes I get it. It helps alot to get as much sunshine as possible. If sunshine is not available on dreary winter days, try a light box.

Flourescent bulbs also seem to help me.
 
Don't think it's cabin fever. Even with all the snow I am not in a rural area and I'm able to get out and about. That link for the store was great:D
