I can’t find where to buy my season passes? Says currently unavailable. Am I missing something? I’m sorry if this is a stupid question.

Annual passes currently aren't available for purchase. The only exception is the Pixie Dust pass for Florida residents. Hopefully they're available again in the new year.

Why aren’t they available do you know?
They probably didn't want to run into the same issues they were having at Disneyland where AP holders were having troubles getting any park reservations. When they relaunched AP's they said that it was limited but people didn't think they would actually pause sales again.

ok then. thanks for that. i haven't been keeping up cause. . . well i just don't have the interest, but my kids and wife want to start going again. i'm not paying to regular tickets. I'll wait it out till summer time and if they aren't up again. i'm cx'ing and selling those points for that trip.

this is all so bizarre anymore.

Welcome to the world of CHEAPek.

I also read an article this weekend that showed that AP holders were having better luck with availability for park reservations than those with tickets.

So, IMO, the stoppage to combat capacity seems to have worked.

Personally, do believe it was for that given the crowds.

Agree. I think AP sales will open up again after the Holidays.

Agreed - seems likely related to current crowd levels along with park reservations, and people having tickets not able to use them. I have to think they'll start selling again in the new year - but you never know.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but there was a lawsuit filed in regards to the DL annual passes.
Some details here:
https://www.latimes.com/business/st...ual-pass-program-lawsuit-class-action-request
I believe the lawsuit was originally filed in November. From the story linked above:

"The lawsuit was originally filed in November in Orange County Superior Court but was moved to U.S. District Court because the case is a potential class-action lawsuit that involves “a matter of controversy that exceeds the sum or value of $5,000,000,” according to court records. The lawsuit says Disney collected more than $5 million selling the Dream Key. "
