the usual gang...
Ok. today we set of for Blizzard Beach and arrived for opening at 10am.
I must explain to you that I am NOT a big fan of water parks. i just don't get the point of getting wet but not being able to swim properly anywhere
. anyway I was on board as the rest of my gang LOVE water parks.
We wandered around and picked our spot. We got a locker and stowed everything in it. After doing a few things together DH and eldest went off to do the things for taller folks.
Mimi and I headed for the kiddie stuff. She got fed up quickly and we headed back to our camp. This is when things started to go wrong. We were being swarmed by lovebugs, which was starting to freak out Mimi, she was hungry and thirsty. BUT, the money and DDP cards were in the locker and guess where the key to the locker was, yes thats right with DH
We had a wander around the park to see if we could spot them but to no avail, so we went back to sit on our swamp like fly infested camp! DD5 need more sun cream on and that was in the damn locker too.so we waited
and waited 
and waited 
. by the time DH got back I was balling my eyes out and very cross. so we decided to pack up camp and were back at CSR about 2pm.
We have arranged to pick our hire car up today from grosvenor resort at DTD. we got there early and it was a good job as well as the desk there closes at 4.30. I left DH to sort out the paperwork, we got a free upgrade and a tank of gas as well. We were quite impressed with our car.
Somehow we could not get the hang of the sat nav but managed to find contempory for chef mickeys anyway. We loved this meal and napkin twirling.
After eating we headed over to MK and got our piccie with Cpt Jack - somehow DH managed to get into the photo as well. I think he was worried that I would not let go of Jack and have to be dragged off by security! Silly man. Went on the Jungle cruise which was quite different in the dark and watched Spectro at 8 pm.
we headed back to Comtempory to collect car and drive back to CSR. easy we thought.OMG how wrong was I, it turned out to be 'Mr toads wild ride' ( for those of you that remember that one
) , it was dark, we were new to driving in USA and the satnav thingy did not want to play fair. 
We ended up getting lost and driving around trying to find our way back. I was getting very worried with a vision of us being mugged in downtown Orlando. For the 2nd time today I was in tears, this of course was not helping DH at all. We found the turing for Port Orleans and asked the very nice man on the gate for directions. He was an absolute star and we were back at CRS in no time at all.
DH dropped me of at the entrance as I needed to purchase a cold bottle of white wine to steady my nerves; which were shot to peices. We watched the tail end of waterworld on tv. All in all not my best day!
I must add a note about our sleeping arrangements DH & I shared 1 bed, nothing wrong with that, which left the girls to share the other. What a nightmare that turned out to be. everynight we had the same scenario.

'that's my pillow, get off it'
' it's mine!'
etc...this went on and on and on everynight. As much as I love them after a long day at disney you just don't need it! I hope some of you can relate to this and it's not just my offspring!
