Searching for particular passport

I am searching for a particular passport that I printed last year, but like a silly disney planner forgot to save.
The cover page says Passport to my World Showcase Adventure. It's dark blue and has the countries all around it. For every country there is a page for the CM to write on, a page with clues to various hidden Mickey's, as well as autograph pages for the characters in the countries. For some countries (like Japan) they have photo opp suggestions.
If anyone could help me find it, it would be greatly appreciated!!
