searchcactus changes its TOS

Searchcactus just changed its policy on amount of paid searches a day. Now you can only get 15 instead of 25. Quite a drop! Now I have to decide whether to keep doing this one or not. It won't add up very quickly but it also won't take nearly as long to do!
