But I have a question...I just started doing this program and I am having a hard time finding where the member service are: eg: cannot find how much money I have accumulated in my account ~ it's nowhere to be found!!! And would like to update my account as well, since I have been a member for many months, and I just started recently doing this program.

ChisJo when you first login (I always login even if I am still logged in from before) when you hit enter you will be on a screen that has the $ amount in your account. Then if you look at the bottom of the page there is an edit info button where the cash out button is.

If you want to check on how much money you have while you are doing the program (to make sure that you are getting credit) then go to the bottom of the search box page and click on shop...it will have your account total on the page that comes up.
