I'm disappointed about the searches too. I really like this program because it is so quick with the emails, searches and trivia. Just curious about the redemptions though, I redeemed in July and again in November and still have not received anything. The first time I redeemed it came within a month but I am wondering if I am ever going to see these two. Any ideas?

Well that stinks! It is hard enough to get points at Memolink, but now we lose 8 points a day? I hope they put something in its place to make up for the lost ones...
