Seagull stealing bag of chips?

Can anyone direct me to the poster who has the short video sequence of a seagull walking in and stealing a bag of chips from a store?

I just saw it a couple of days ago, and I wanted to show my boyfriend, but I've looked for over an hour with no luck!
