My wife and I are looking for a good place for seafood either on WDW or off site. Will be offsite for 4 days at a convention prior to a 6 day stay at CR. Does anybody have any sugestions or opinions?

Thanks TripletDad. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

BOSTONIAN in celebration - just south of disney- about 8 minutes from onsite
excellent fresh lobster and seafood- scallops shrimp and much more

shulas has excellent fresh lobster also

We ate at the Living Seas in Epcot - outstanding! If you can, see if you can get a table against the glass. The whole dining room is set up like a theater with a HUGE aquarium as the stage. I remember the Lobster bisque being quite tasty!

Dunno - it was quite tasty and not cheap, so I hope it was. Maybe someone from the restaurant is reading???

The Living Seas restaurant is called the Coral Reef & yes, it is totally fresh seafood.

My fav for seafood is the awesome Flying Fish Cafe on the Boardwalk. :smooth:

We also loved Coral Reef when we went last summer. We had a view next to the tank and the children watched the divers feed the fish. Another great place off-site though, is Fishbones. It is located near Universal Studios. A number of locals told us about it.

We are big fans of Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian. The food is very good and fresh. The view is the best. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I second the Flying Fish. It has been excellent each and every time we ate there. Since you'll be at the CR, the California Grill also has some good seafood dishes. We ate there in July and my DH had the Yellow Fin and I had beef :).
