Seafood hater going to Fultons

After many years I have finally given in and agreed to a dinner at Fultons. I am going with two seafood lovers. So...what to order? I would appreciate any suggestions...do seafood restaurants make good steaks? THANKS

I hope you can tolerate the smell of fish. We walked in there two nights this week for a drink at the bar, and both times the fishy smell was overwhelming. You may want to prepare yourself or stick some potpourri in your pockets or something.

Went there last May. I do eat some seafood and my DH does not. others we went with were also fish eaters. DH and my Dad had steak (NY strip?) and were happy with it. I think they also have chicken dishes. We had a great meal there. I don't recall a strong fishy smell...

I had never noticed it on past trips either. I love seafood, but thought the smell this week was a turnoff.

DH hates any kind of seafood but agreed to eat there so DS could have king crab legs. He got a steak, I believe it was a New York Strip but I'm not sure. He said it was one of the best steaks he'd ever had. It was expensive though.

I absolutely hate seafood... But I will also be trying Fulton's soon. My best friend and I are going on a Disney trip, and she's always wanted to eat there so I agreed. I looked over the menu and there were several non-seafood options. :). The only problem Is we may have to ask to sit outside, if the fishy smell is really that bad. I'm sure you'll have no problem finding something to eat there, try peeking at the online menu.

Here is the current menu, as of October 2012. Taken from WDW Info.

Fulton's was one of our favorites when we first started going to DW. But, the last 2 times we went it was just plain awful. The fishy smell others mentioned was definitely overwhelming the last time we ate there. We asked to be seated outside because of it. If you sit outside, be prepared to be surrounded by tons of birds.. and be pooped on (2 people in my party got pooped on by birds during our dinner). Our oysters were shucked so poorly that there were shards of shells all over them. I never send anything back.. but these were ridiculous.

Now that I've went off topic for a bit.. to answer your question. They have a bunch of different non-seafood items to choose from. There is 3 or 4 different steaks (DH had the filet and he said it was good - expensive though $45). They have ribs, pork chops, and even a pesto pasta dish with no seafood.
