Seafood at WDW

DH is a huge seafood fan and I am trying to figure out the best place and/or the best value for seafood in WDW. Also, there isn't currently a menu for Capn Jacks in DTD that I could find on-line. Does anyone know what they have, and approximate price ranges?

For seafood Flying Fish (BoardWalk), Coral Reef (Living Seas/Epcot), Fulton's Crab House (DTD/PI), Capt Jacks (DTD) and Cape May Cafe (Beach Club) all come to mind. Many aren't cheap but seafood meals often aren't.

Flying Fish is very creative with their meals. Their menu may change more often due to the Chefs preference in using currently available seafoods and not just making the standard seafood meals. Fulton's also receives a lot of praise for their meals.
