Seabiscuit for 9 year old?

I've heard this is a good movie. Would it be okay to bring my 9 year old?

I saw it last night and it is pretty tame....one small portion with sexual suggestions...some sports type violince...some language...If your child is into horses they will love it...

It is rated PG-13....It is not a fast moving film by any means...they intertwin pictures of that era to move through the film at times...

Just got back from taking two 9 year old girls to see Seabiscuit.

The storyline was probably a little to complicated for them to follow, but they both love horses, so they did enjoy it.
