We have never been to sea world before, has anyone ever done to VIP tour, or Elite VIP tour, and is it worth it? :)

We didn't do the VIP tour but we did the Mammal Keeper for the Day program and it was really AMAZING - I highly recommend it. We got to go behind the scenes and follow different trainers around and meet animals privately. We met baby manatees, medicated a sick dolphin, shook fins with a walrus, fed 50+ sea lions, spend time with the belugas, go behind the scenes at the dolphin nursery and much much more! I can't say enough good things about our experience there.

The staff were great and very friendly, so I'm sure if you did the VIP Tour, you'll have a lot of fun!

We did the 7 hr guided tour and loved it :thumbsup2

Knowing how crowded it would be going Dec 29th and taking into account the front of the line access to rides, reserved seating for the shows and the meal we thought we would give it a try. I was worried that it might be too much for the kids 9 & 8 but they enjoyed it as much as we did.

Our guide was awesome she bought everyone in the group bottles of water 3-4x throughout the day. At the end she gave us each a front of the line card for the rest of the day...we used it on Kraken & Journey to Atlantis.

If you are considering it....DO IT!

Here are a few posts I did from that day.

Enjoy

the vip tour looks great. does it include the dinner with shamu or do you have to pay extra for it?

:thumbsup2 Included

and Pet a Penquin with no waiting in line ups :)

and all the food for the dolphins, stingrays and the sealions

I see the description now reads reserved seating at two of our unforgettable shows ....we had reserved seating for Believe, Clyde & Seamore, Blue Horizons (my favorite)

wow, sounds really good. since i actually want to do all the activities they do it'd be a great way to explore the park... but I'm a bit worried they're walking too fast because my mum has problems with her back and knees and can't walk that fast anymore. could you give me some cues about the 7 hours day? what you did and how long (just rough)? would be really great and it'd make it more easy for me to decide whether to go only for the diner or the vip guided tour. thanks in advance!!

and, how fast is this tour selling? is it enough to book one day in advance while in orlando?

We prebooked ours for Dec 29th a couple months in advance. The tours have various start times so therefore they will do each in slightly different order but hit the meal at the same time. The tours are also designed to do the highlights of the park with the least amount of walking, zig zagging and wait times :)

The group will walk as slow as needed and will take bathroom breaks when needed. If you dont want to go on a ride then they will show you the best possible place to wait for seating, scenery etc. My sister took advantage of this as she cant walk long, bad back etc. Probably 1/2 the people in our group didnt do the rides. There was 5 of us 3 adults, 2 children 9 & 8. The others in the group were from Brazil 6 adults and 6 children, 2 strollers. The guide is also nice to have as she/he can tell you some really interesting things about the park you would never know.

Our tour started at 11:00 and we went directly to Journey to Atlantis, onto Kraken and then Dine with Shamu. Probably spent an hour at lunch and then went to our reserved seating at the Believe show.

I cant remember the order of the rest but my sister wrote it down throughout the day. I will post tomorrow the remainder.

I have been to Disney many many times but this was my first time to Seaworld and to splurge for this tour was one of the best ways I have ever spent my money at a park.
