Sea World transportation question

I was looking at the site for public transportation to Sea World and are looking at using that. It says the walk from the bus stop to Sea World is about .33 miles. Does that sound about right? Also could someone tell me what that walk is like. We will have several strollers and little ones so if it's not paved or if there are no sidewalks it may not work for us. Thanks.
