Sea World parking question

Is there a point in the day where they stop charging for parking. Example, the park is open till 10pm on Saturday and we are spending the day at Discovery Cove, but might pop over to Sea World for a couple of hours? So we wouldn’t get over there till like 6 or a little later.

I think they will still be there at 6 but maybe not within the last hour or so. We have gone late and many times been surprised how late they are there--but have no recent experience and with staff shortages maybe this is an easy cut. Does you Discovery Cove package include parking?
